Bella is a licensed Pro-artist at Papillon Tattoo Studio. Having been trained in American Traditional and Bella is excited to take the time to go over your vision of your next project and or taking  more walk-ins as she expands her portfolio at Papillon. She is open to all possibilities of what a tattoo can be so don’t hesitate to send her your ideas! Bella hopes to create positive, fun vibes when you’re in the chair.
